Questions
- Why is there a Free tier with no signup?
- Because nobody is going to give us bank statement files without trying the tool first. Free covers single-bank, single-month freelancer use — which is enough for many users to never need Pro.
- What happens to my data?
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, deleted within an hour of processing, never used to train any model. Full detail on the privacy page and the sub-processors page.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro features until then; afterward the account drops to Free.
- Refunds?
- EU consumers have 14 days. Outside that window, refunds are case-by-case — email hi@checkunpaidinvoices.com. Full policy in the Terms.
